Information security policy

Taiyo Shoji Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we or our company”), since its founding in 1947, we have been contributed as aspecializedsteel trading company.

We recognize that protecting strictly the information assets handled is one of the important management issues for building a lasting trust relationship with our business partners. From the point of view that acting with respect is very important, directors and employee are recommended to have high level of consciousness for information security. We hereby provide in “information security protection security” and implement adequate protective measurement of information property that we handle.

We will observe the law and guideline related with the information security and internal rule.

We will appropriately take preventive actions regarding the information assets of illegal invasion, leaking, manipulation, loss, theft and destruction.

We will thoroughlynotify our directors and employees of their improved sense with regard to the information security and internal rule.

In case of accident, we will take proper actions such as measures not only for accidents but also recurrence prevention measure along with preventing occurrence of incidents

We will regularly review the information security action and attempt to attempt to improve it.
