Q1. Description of current job

I mainly sell general purpose engine parts for the major industrial machine. The main supplier is in Chungking, China. We request about 10 suppliers for producing the products.

The products are produced in Chungking through various process such as forging, casting, die casting, processing and ASSY, carried away to Chang Jiang through Chang Jiang and then transported from Shanghai to Nagoya and finally reached to the clients all over Japan.

It takes approximately a month only for transportation. We must order before 3 or 4 months included the product period. Therefore, the unofficial information and the tendency of our clients are necessary, and we frequently collect the information.

Our suppliers spread to many areas not only in Chungking, China, but also in Tsingtao, Taizhou, Pinghu,常州. For that reason, we go on a business trip to China a week to two weeks every month and after the trip we also have a business trip in Japan to visit suppliers and clients.

Q2. What makes work worth doing?

The broad fields of trading company’s own are attractive.

The roll of supplying, quality, production controlling and sales arerequiredas an individual.

The occupational role is large, however, clients or suppliers may be developed only in China, Thailand, Korea and Japan, but also in all over the world depending on an individual ability and our aI peal may be extended. An individual pressure and responsibility are large, however, achieving of things that I have planned is largely attractive.

When I do something good for our clients and suppliers, I feel satisfied my job.

There are voices saying trading company is not necessary, however, I have been interconnecting many suppliers and clients as a trading company worker. Working out the relation not lead before and launching a part make both our suppliers and clients pleased are my big entertainment.

Q3. Further goal

Although I mentioned good points above, I have many shortcoming and often get lectured by our suppliers and clients.

The further aim is to become a human material who is reliable person as well as my seniors at an early date. Therefore, since I work with former quality management workers having licenses of "High grade Machine inspection Professional Skills", I do want to learn about knowledge and skill as much as possible to develop from their input.

In addition, I mostly work in Japan and China at the present and since the cases in Asia will be increased, I want to focus on other countries to take full advantage of business opportunities and then finally establish the branch office in overseas by my own.
