Q1. Description of current job

I am a sales representative mostly working for my customers in a machine and plant maker. I handle products such as casting products, welding products in addition to bars and sheets of special steel.

In addition, I spend almost every day accompanying my co-worker in charge as a head of the team to our customers in order to grasp the overall, sales process. As the matter of fact, this is my first year of being a head; so, I have learned a lot from the senior heads and members of my team when I do not understand what I will do further.

Q2. What makes work worth doing?

There is no human being who can get things done as he/she wants to accomplish them, but efforts sometimes produce successful results later.

For example, I came to notice that I was the very person, not the person for whom I have dislike, who built a mental barrier.

In addition, I thought for a long time that I should have done it this way at that time, which did not make me notice on the spot what is made use of next time.

Q3. Further goal

It is not easy to describe the further at the present time when an aging society accelerates. But nothing changes when I wait.

To obtain an ability to adapt yourself to any department you are assigned to or any responsibility you need to take as a worker in charge, I recommend you to be interested in anything. This wil surely be good for yourself, and what is more, working together in competition with your team members will return in multiples. I do want to form a team with a high organization in which we can step forward in cooperation with each other, even though we sometimes make conflict.

Q4. Ideal worker appropriate for the department

We need a worker having acting power, understanding, sense of cooperation, and the self-assertion, but everybody is a beginner at the start. Everyone has his/her starting line, but the world opens before you after you have become a member of society. Please remember that you will grow to the extent that even you do not know.

"Don!t forget your original intention!"

It is a cliche, but there cannot be many people who continue following the phrase for the entire lifetime. The phrase has its original meaning which does not say that "you don’t forget a modest feeling of the time when you began it," but "you don’t forget the immaturity in the days of the beginner." In other words, we need to have the decision that we don’ want to have the shameful moment any more.

It is not necessary to acquire an appearance. Please ask us what you do not understand. But please do what you can check by yourself. Please do not skimp on effort to inform us of what is happening.

If you can firstly be conscious of seemingly simple things that you speak, you convey, and you listen to, this will be the first step that you can utilize throughout the life. Please be motivated that you can grow bigger than you are at the present.
