Q1. Description of current job

We mainly sell special steel products for automobiles and construction machinery.
 Shape is by the customer over a period of round bars, steel plates, steel pipe and the variety has delivered what was the primary and secondary processing.

It takes about 3 months from ordering to delivery of special steel products, and some products take +1 to 3 months to process.

 We manage the inventory of warehouses and processing destinations in each region, and order materials and give processing instructions in consideration of the usage schedule, yield, and construction period.

 Therefore, we collect information every month to prevent delays in delivery and overordering.

Q2. What makes work worth doing?

The appeal of work is that it is often left to the discretion of the individual.
 When I joined the company, my seniors told me that each trading company man is like a sole proprietor.
 That's right, and there are many jobs that you can decide for yourself.
 Therefore, when I get a new trade area or build a relationship of trust with customers, I feel a sense of accomplishment, which is rewarding.
 Of course, if you consult with your seniors, you can get personal support, so you can rest assured.

Q3. Further goal

It has been a long time since it was said that trading companies are unnecessary, but many trading companies still remain today.
 I think that trading companies have survived by adding value, not just selling products.
My future goal is to be able to make proposals that meet the needs of our customers, and to add value to myself, which customers would like to consult with.
